The Township of Sylvania has bi-annual audits prepared either by the State of Ohio, Auditors office or by an Independent Public Accounting Firm. Audits showing on the Township Website are for the year 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Any audits prior to 2006 can be found on the State of Ohio Auditors Web Site. The years 2010 and 2011 will be audited by an independent Auditor during 2012. All audits listed on the Township Web Site have been given a clean opinion. A clean opinion on an audit state that the financial statement represent fairly the financial position of the Township as of the end of the Audited year.
