ZONING Commission Board

An application for a Zone Change, text amendment, or home occupation is a three month process. A request is first reviewed by the Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commission, then by the Zoning Commission, both boards giving a recommendation of approval or denial. Final decision is then given by the Sylvania Township Board of Trustees. Each entity meets monthly and all hearings are public.

All ZC meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. unless noted otherwise at:

Board members are township residents, appointed by the Trustees, each serving a five year term.
