Quality of Life
The Planning & Zoning Department is committed to maintaining standards which guarantee a high quality of life desired by the citizens of the Township.   Responsibilities also include the enforcement of the Sylvania Township Zoning Resolution, overseeing all land use and planning activities, review and issuance of zoning permits, and the investigation and abatement of violations. All correspondence including copies of all meeting minutes are available for public review during normal business hours and will ultimately be available on this web page.
