2023 ROAD MAINTENANCE & CRACK-SEALING

The Sylvania Township Board of Trustees has approved a Joint Cooperation Agreement between Sylvania Township and Lucas County for the 2023 road maintenance and crack-sealing program.

Through this program, the Township will crack-seal approximately 2.08 miles of roadway including portions of Beaulah Court, Brookhurst Road, High Oaks Boulevard, Isadore Lane, Kest Lane, Meadow Green Drive, North Oak Court, Northbrook Drive, Paddington Drive, Trellis Way, Westbourne Drive, and Wicklow Woods Drive.

In addition, roughly 7.57 miles of Lucas County roads both within and outside of Sylvania Township will be crack-sealed through the collaborative effort. The crack-sealing represents an ongoing investment by the Trustees and the Road & Service Department to preserve and improve over 138 miles of roadway within Sylvania Township. The crack-sealing work will complement ongoing road repair, repaving, and reconstruction initiatives.
