Promotions, New Hires

Sylvania Township Fire Chief Mike Ramm announced that Nate Miller has been promoted to Lieutenant on A-shift to replace Lt. Jeremy Gillen who left to become fire chief of the Delta Community Fire Department.

Three new members have also been hired. They are Nick Bechtel, who previously worked part-time at Whitehouse and Waterville fire departments; Chris Weber, St. Francis de Sales graduate and former EMT in  Plantation Fla.; and Nick Wentz who worked for the American Township Fire Department for the past 17 years.
