Did you know that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 State and Local governments are responsible for ensuring that public rights-of-way, including sidewalks, are accessible for people with disabilities?  This includes maintaining a clear path and building accessible infrastructure.

The City of Sylvania and Sylvania Township offices receive calls annually about vehicles blocking sidewalks.  Please help do your part and remember that sidewalks, just like roadways, need to be kept free and clear for all users.
